SPEAKERS
Two guys who met up for a coffee, chatted about how great lessons were from grandparents and realised how some of those messages were getting lost. Building kinder cultures became their focus. Now they spend their days helping people towards more meaningful connections, and ask the question, what type of person do you want to be?

DEE BLEAKLEY
Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Dee Bleakley started his career as a teacher of geography and eventually pupil support. Using his experience in facilitating groups of all sizes, Dee starting his own speaking business back in 2016, travelling all over the UK working with schools, universities and corporate clients on how to unlock potential and improve performance through mindset.
Throughout his time as a speaker Dee has noticed a sharp decline in emotional intelligence levels in schools. Gratitude, empathy, integrity and kindness are heard and practiced all too sparingly. His delivery style resonates with young people and adults alike all with a view to give participants confidence, perspective and to know they can make a change in their lives for the better. Dee believes in giving individuals the opportunity to self-reflect, figure out where they've been, where they are, where they want to be in their lives.
